Amber
Hi, my name is Amber and I have worked with the Ouellette family for past 10 years. I am in charge of operating the front desk in all of our locations and I love everything about my job. There are many reasons that I enjoy coming to work but the main reason is the interaction that I have with our patients. I love greeting everyone that comes in to our offices and I have met some really amazing people over the years. I like to think of every situation as a learning experience and have learned so much working here. Everyone in our office is so close and it makes it so enjoyable to come to work. It's like working with family.

Hello! I'm Jane, and welcome to our practice. I've been an orthodontic assistant for 23 years and with Dr. Ouellette for the last 11 years, so it's really a bit of home for me. I really enjoy being here and the best part of my day is being around the patients and families that I get to see smile. A smile here is a smile for a lifetime! I'm a native Brevard county resident, so naturally I love being on and around the water, and working here gives me a great view every day.

Hi, I'm Donna. I enjoy working in the Ouellette family practice; it really is a family environment. I have met some wonderful people and enjoy seeing the results of a great smile. I have worked with Dr. Ouellette for 16 years and graduated from Quincy Vo-Tech for dental assisting in Massachusetts. I've also received my CDA and ROA. I love orthodontic assisting and enjoy being part of a team of such caring individuals.

Hello! My name is Heather and I have over 11 years of hands-on experience in the dental field, helping patients achieve their desired dental health goals. I graduated from Brevard Community College's Dental Hygiene Program in 2004. Since then I have prided myself in my involvement in our community, serving on the board of the Brevard County Dental Hygiene Association and acting as their liaison to the BCC dental hygiene students. Education gives me the greatest satisfaction and I love when I can assist patients with making the best decisions possible for their overall oral health. Working for the Ouellette family has been a very gratifying experience for me because of their genuine concern for patients needs. I'm so thrilled to be part of this winning team!

My name is Brooke and I have worked with the Ouellette Family for nine years. I worked at the front desk but over the years I have branched off into the different aspects of the front and back office. I am now in charge of all insurance for all patients for all three offices, as well as making sure things run smoothly. My job is the best for me when our patients are happy! I have made very close friendships with our patients, parents, and our staff. Not a lot of people get to say they enjoy coming to work every day, but I do!

Hello! I'm Secilia and welcome to our practice! I am a new orthodontic assistant for Dr. Ouellette. It is a pleasure working with the Ouellette family. I was a patient here in 2004 and came out with a beautiful smile! We have a great, open office, wonderful patients, and amazing staff. I look forward to helping our patients achieve the best smile! We work hard to do everything we can to give our patients the confidence they need to achieve and wear their smiles each and every day. Outside of the practice, I enjoy working with local charities at soup kitchens and Space Coast Recreational Beach Clean-ups, as well as doing outdoor activities such as windsurfing, running, and fishing.
